Black Jack 100 took out Monohull Line Honours in the Fastnet Race, wining the Erivale Trophy after crossing the line at 12.21am on Tuesday morning, here in Cherbourg. The boat docked briefly for the presentation of the cup and then left for Palermo where she will next race.

Black Jack 100 had enjoyed a ding-dong battle with SHK Scallywag approaching the Fastnet Rock, after which Black Jack 100 used her VMG running advantage to squeeze out a small lead that she held to the finish.

SHK Scallywag finished at 01.19am and she too did a 'turn and burn' dropping off some crew before heading to Southampton. There she will be loaded on to a ship and bound for Australia and the 2025 Rolex Sydney Hobart Race.
